Having your attendees know their action items, before they leave the meeting, is a very good idea.  Nothing is worse than denial at the next meeting that they didn&#039;t know action items were assigned to them.</description>

Could I just add that as Project Manager I found it really helpful to be the one taking the action points - it provided a great opportunity to confirm who had agreed to do what, by when. For urgent projects, I used a template that I simply had photocopied at the end of the meeting so everyone had a note of their actions before they left the meeting.  Hope that helps some of your readers,
