		<description>I&#039;m happy to report she is doing very well.  Too often we become so emotionally vested in a project that it bleeds into our personal lives.  It consumes us.  

I keep saying not to take work outcomes personally.  But, I&#039;m very hypocritical. Of course I take it personally!  When will we learn?</description>
