PMI Agile CoP Transparency

Ha! Yes, we ARE trying. Our hearts are in the right place. We’re trying to get PMI to open the blog and other areas to people beyond the firewall. If you look at the Kanban, you’ll see we’re suffering from some “technology” challenges.

Yes, I actually noticed a couple of them when I looked again. I also find your implementation of horizontal swim lanes quite interesting. Are you representing these as projects?
If possible it would be really awesome if you could share a shreenshot of your personal kanban (screening out private info), I am just looking for ideas. I currently use a GTD based system but have always been intrigued by the personal kanban.

I actually didn’t set up this Kanban for the CoP, a colleague did. There has not been a final decision as to its format. LeanKit was kind enough to donate a few licenses. By give a single “read” license to the world, we can provide some kind of window.

I’ll see if I can do a screen print of my super simple Kanban. I rely more on color and class of service than I do modified workflow.
