Agile Coaching

LeadingAgile has a physical presence in both Atlanta and Washington DC metropolitan areas.  That means if you need help, you have someone local you can count on.

Release Planning

The Release Planning workshop is designed to get the team ready to deliver their next 3-6 month release. The focus of this workshop is to establish the product and technology direction of release, identify major delivery risks, and create the master prioritized product backlog. This workshop is typically conducted as a 2-day, onsite session, with everyone that will participate in building the product. read more…

This session will help you get started down that path. read more…

Review and Retrospective

This workshop is designed to help the team through their first or second review and retrospective.  Using their real in-flight product release, the team will demonstrate their working software and compare how they did against their sprint commitment.  They will get final acceptance from their product owner, and hopefully have the opportunity to learn from their experience building the emerging product.  The team will learn how to conduct an effective retrospective, to create a safe environment for exploring issues and challenges, and look at how things went so they can help make things better. read more…

About the Author

I'm an Enterprise Agile Coach at LeadingAgile. I have a goal to take the hand waving out of Agile, Kanban, & Scrum. I’m a strange combination of a little OCD, a little ADHD, a lot of grit, and a lot of drive. I come from a traditional PM background but I don't give points for stuff done behind the scenes. The only thing that counts is what you get done and delivered. Author of Zombie Project Management (available on Amazon)
